Terms of Service

Subject to your compliance with these Terms and payment of any applicable fees, SoroSoro grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to download, install, and use the Software on your personal computer.

Because our Software utilizes KeyAuth for digital rights management, your license is bound to your specific device hardware using a Hardware ID (HWID).

We offer various tiers of access to the Software. By selecting a specific license, you agree to the terms associated with that tier:

• Free Trial: We may offer a trial version of the Software allowing you to use it for a limited time or with limited features at no cost. Once the trial period expires, you must purchase a paid license to continue using the Software.
• Monthly Subscription: You will be billed in advance on a recurring monthly basis. Your license will remain active as long as your subscription is maintained.
• Yearly Subscription: You will be billed in advance on a recurring annual basis. Your license will remain active for the duration of the paid year.
• Lifetime License (Perpetual): A one-time payment grants you perpetual access to the Software. Note: "Lifetime" refers to the lifetime of the Software product. SoroSoro will provide updates and support for as long as the Software remains actively developed and maintained.

Device Transfers: If you replace your computer or make significant hardware changes, your HWID may change, causing your license key to fail. In such cases, you may contact our support team to request a license reset, subject to our verification and approval.

You agree that you will not, under any circumstances:

• cancel Modify, translate, adapt, or create derivative works of the Software.
• cancel Decompile, reverse engineer, disassemble, or otherwise attempt to derive the source code of the Software.
• cancel Bypass, disable, or defeat the KeyAuth licensing system, DRM, or any other security features of the Software.
• cancel Sell, rent, lease, distribute, broadcast, sublicense, or share your License Key with unauthorized third parties.
• cancel Use the Software for any unlawful purpose.

Your privacy is important to us. As a "local-first" tool, Color Pick Master processes all images locally on your device and does not upload your visual data, usage analytics, or crash reports to our servers. Our use of your License Key and Windows User SID (HWID) for authorization purposes is detailed in our Privacy Policy.

SoroSoro may, from time to time, provide enhancements or improvements to the features and functionality of the Software, which may include patches, bug fixes, updates, and other modifications. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, the Software or any service to which it connects, with or without notice.

THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. To the fullest extent permissible by applicable law, SoroSoro disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Software will be error-free, uninterrupted, or secure.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL SOROSORO BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (a) your use or inability to use the Software; or (b) any unauthorized access to or alteration of your transmissions or data.

We may terminate or suspend your License Key and access to the Software immediately, without prior notice or liability, if you breach any of these Terms (e.g., attempting to crack the software or sharing your license key). Upon termination, your right to use the Software will immediately cease.

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of such changes by updating the "Effective Date" at the top of these Terms. Your continued use of the Software following the posting of any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.
